Delegate/observer kit

New Delegate Orientation

NUPGE will be holding an orientation for new delegates at 4:00 pm on Thursday, June 12th in the Marysville room at the Fredericton Convention Centre. If you are a new delegate, we encourage you to attend.

Women’s Caucus

NUPGE will be holding a Women’s Caucus at noon on Friday, June 13th in the Ballroom of the Crowne Plaza hotel. Given limited space, we are restricting this caucus to women delegates only (transgender women are women and are therefore invited to attend).

Welcoming Reception

The Welcoming Reception will be held on Thursday, June 12th from 6:00 to 9:00 pm in the Pointe Sainte-Anne foyer of the Fredericton Convention Centre, second floor.

NBU, as our host Component, is holding an event on Friday, June 13th starting at 8:00 pm at the Crowne Plaza to welcome our attendees.

The National Union is hosting a reception on Saturday, June 14th from 7:00 to 10:00 pm at the Beaverbrook Gallery. Attendees will be provided with appetizers, a cash bar and the opportunity to view the amazing artwork that the Beaverbrook Gallery hosts.

Infrared receivers that connect to induction type hearing aids via a neck-loop are available upon request via this form. In cases where a person’s hearing aids aren’t compatible with the receivers, on-ear headphones can be provided (you can also bring your own headphones, provided they use a standard 3.5 mm jack). The system is not compatible with Bluetooth technology, and the Fredericton Convention Centre does not use a hearing aid loop system that would enable t-coil use.
